The Lemon Drop takes that classic structure and spins it with a distinctly Mediterranean twist. Greek vermouth from Roots Divino Bianco adds depth and herbal brightness, while lavender syrup and lemon soda bring a floral-citrus harmony that feels both refreshing and indulgent. Topped with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and a splash of tonic, this is a zero-proof spritz that hits every note—aromatic, layered, and deeply satisfying.

🛒 Ingredients

2–3 oz of Oddbird Spumante or your favorite non-alcoholic sparkling wine

Splash of lemon soda (we like PC brand Diet Lemonade)

Ice

Fresh lemon wedge or wheel, for garnish
🍹 Instructions

Fill your Copa or large wine glass with ice.

Add 2 oz Roots Divino Bianco.

Pour in 2–3 oz of non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Add 1/4 oz lavender simple syrup.

Top with a Splash in lemon soda.

Stir gently.
