Oddbird

Founded by Moa Gürbüzer, Oddbird produces alcohol-free wines rooted in traditional winemaking and long maturation. Working with select vineyards the wines are fermented and aged before being gently dealcoholized to preserve flavour, texture, and varietal character.  Best known for elegant sparklings, the range now extends into still wines crafted from distinctive grape varieties, reflecting a thoughtful, wine-first approach.
