Moa Gürbüzer is a retired social worker whose vision was to change the alcohol norms of society by creating world class wines but liberating them from alcohol. Today Oddbird is the largest producer of wines liberated from alcohol in Scandinavia. They work with select vineyards in France and Italy and ferment and mature all their wines for up to 12 months in oak barrels before gently liberating the wine from alcohol.  Unique patented methods are used to remove the alcohol and preserve the wine's flavours and aromas with no additives, no artificial colours or aromas. Just as nature intended.
