Another love at first sip! We could sit and admire this handsome bottle all day long. They stand tall beside some of the most indulgent bottles of champagne.  Every special occasion calls for an invitation of Oddbird Blanc de Blanc.  

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France.  It offers a well-balanced freshness, and beautiful notes of lemon peel, lime and honey.  

It's creation begins as a traditional wine and is matured up to 12 months in barrels.  The wine is then gently "liberated from alcohol" using a unique method that preserves the flavors as nature intended.  Clean, crisp and free of artificial flavors, with nothing added.  It's what Oddbird Wines don't contain that make them so special.

This is my go-to alcohol-free beverage. I love it. It tastes fresh and bright and bubbly. All the things I want in a drink. It isn't too sweet either. Of course the fact it comes in an adorably packaged bottle helps too. Lastly, every experience I've had ordering from Dry Variety has been wonderful, right down to a personalized note. I highly recommend the product and ordering from this small business.

Really nice "champagne" style wine

Not only is the beverage great but I really like the effort put into the packaging. An actual cork and a real bottle make this feel like I am not just having a "kiddie cocktail"

Very Refreshing

I really enjoyed this sparkling wine. I had it as pre dinner drink on the patio and it felt like I was drinking champagne. We drank It over two evenings and on the second night it was a bubbly as the first night so it definitely holds it bubbly. I would highly recommend it for a great refreshing summer beverage.
