Developed in South Australia by Fourth Wave Wine, Plus & Minus was created in 2020 to offer a more authentic alcohol-free wine experience. Made from premium South Australian grapes, each wine is traditionally crafted before the alcohol is gently removed, helping preserve varietal character and balance.
What makes Plus & Minus unique is the addition of grape skin extract during winemaking. Naturally rich in antioxidants, it inspired the brand's name: a plus for antioxidants and a minus for alcohol. Unlike many early alcohol-free wines, the range is produced without artificial sweeteners and focuses on delivering a cleaner, more wine-like profile.
