Plus & Minus Pinot Noir

This is one of our favourite alcohol-free Pinot Noirs and one we highly recommend. It strikes a beautiful balance between fruit and dryness, giving it a softer profile than the Plus & Minus Shiraz while still finishing dry. The texture is one of its standout qualities, with enough weight to feel like a traditional Pinot Noir, making it an excellent bottle to have on hand when serving guests.

Best enjoyed: Slightly below room temperature
Perfect for: Roast chicken, mushroom risotto, herb-crusted lamb, duck, aged cheddar, and charcuterie
Optional tip: Let the wine sit in the glass for 10 minutes before serving to allow the cherry and dark chocolate notes to open up.
