Beverages

Due to the nature of these items we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Cocktail accessories:

We have a 14 day exchange policy which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.  You (the customer) will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to Dry Variety. Upon receipt your item will be inspected.  If all conditions are met a refund will be applied to the original method of payment.  This process can take time to complete.  Your bank and credit card companies can take time to post these returns. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates or gift baskets.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are permitted in the event that the wrong item was sent to you, contact us immediately and we will arrange for an exchange and get the correct item to you. 

Damaged Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery.  If a product arrives broken or damaged contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to issue you a replacement.  

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified of the status of approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
