ROOTS DIVINO BIANCO is a non-alcoholic aperitif based on wine (di vino) from Greece. First the aperitif is produced as a mediterranean vermouth by infusing & macerating wormwood, rosemary, gentian & other greek herbs into sweetened wine.

The vermouth is then dealcoholized with a reverse osmosis process, similar to the wine de-alcoholization process.  This versatile option is a must have to complete any dry bar.

Delicious on ice with tonic & a lemon slice, a simple yet sophisticated non-alcoholic spritz.
