• 2 parts Colibri Spumante (or your favourite non-alcoholic Sparkling Wine)

• Splash of Fever-Tree Low Sugar Tonic (or your favourite tonic water)

• Ice

• Fresh orange slice, for garnish

🍹 Instructions

1.  Fill your Copa or large wine glass with ice.

2.  Pour in 1 part Undone no.5  “This Is Not Italian Bitter.”

3.  Add 2 parts non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

4.  Top with a splash of tonic water (trust us—it works better than Club Soda it balances beautifully).

5.  Garnish with a fresh slice of orange.
