2 oz non-alcoholic whiskey (like Monday, Spiritless, or Free Spirits Bourbon)

Garnish: thin pear slice & a Luxardo cherry
🍹 Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (no ice yet).

Dry shake for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build foam.

Add ice and shake again, vigorously, for another 10 seconds to chill.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
