Monday Whiskey is inspired by American classics, handcrafted in small batches by award winning Bourbon makers.  This concentrated alcohol free spirit alternative will most definitely provides an adult drink and mixes 1:1 in classic cocktails.  

On the nose, butterscotch, raisin, and toasted brown sugar. The palate presents roasted coffee, rich caramel, and warm molasses. The finish is long with spicy heat down the middle and a hint of orange. For a simple cocktail mix with crisp ginger ale, spicy ginger beer, and classic cola.

I found it to be very sweet, peppery and had a synthetic flavor. its not for me.

I enjoyed it best with water, and every once in a while an added splash of cola.

My second 5 star review one year after the first review

I’ve been drinking this whiskey for over a year and have served it to many whiskey (with alcohol) drinkers. Hands down everyone has enjoyed it and been amazed that it contains no alcohol. I now drink it on the rocks with a twist of lemon. Delicious.

So Good!

I don't normally cork these bottles with a lot of faith being as I used to drink A LOT of whiskey and I've tried so many that I pretty much gave up. This whiskey is nothing short of phenomenal - especially if what you're going for is a whiskey-like burn. I would actually go as far as saying it tastes better than most whiskeys I have had that HAVE alcohol (especially at that price). It's a tad on the sweet-side but I am way into that so no complaints here, I tried it first neat, then with water and then with ice and have yet to decide which one I like more, will definitely be getting a case for further investigation! (I am currently shopping for a flask for the movie theater as well) Dry Variety with a big win on this one, 5/5 stars + standing ovation. Try it for yourself!

Definitely worth adding to my AF bar

I was looking to add to my AF offerings for the holiday season bringing more entertaining opportunities. I wanted alternatives to the great AF wines and beer I’ve been sampling.
I’m not great at identifying notes but I want to say this smells like an alcohol version with notes of butterscotch (maybe).
I had my first sampling with a single small cube and really enjoyed it. Then one with ginger ale. Next time I’m going to try it with ginger beer. This will be a staple in my AF bar.
