The result is a beautifully layered, non-alcoholic aperitif with notes of blood orange, gentian, juniper, and angelica, finished with a touch of warm spice and wood.

It’s ideal for spritzes and Negroni-style cocktails—perfectly balanced, pleasantly bitter, and ready to mix. Use 2-3oz per cocktail, just like you would with a traditional bitter.
