Gin: Sobrii-0 Gin - is a traditional blend of botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, all spice, star anise.  

Red Vermouth: Roots Divino Rosso - a bittersweet modern age non-alcoholic aperitif taste bitter orange, gentian & wormwood balances the cocktail perfectly. 

To create your own delicious non-alc Negroni at home mix: 1.5oz Novara, 1oz Sobrii-0 Gin and 3/4oz of Roots Divino Rosso.  Stir with one large ice cube and garnish with orange.
