Aperitivo: Free Spirits -The Spirit of Milano - the hip and happening, booze-free cousin of the classic Italian Campari. Crafted with citrus kick, sweetened just right, and jazzed up with eight fabulous herbs and botanicals – think quassia, rhubarb root, and zesty bitter orange peel.

Gin: 750mL Sobrii-0 Gin - is a traditional blend of botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, all spice, star anise.  

Red Vermouth: Roots Divino Rosso - a bittersweet modern age non-alcoholic aperitif taste bitter orange, gentian & wormwood balances the cocktail perfectly. 

To create your own delicious non-alc Negroni at home mix: 1.5oz Free Spirits-The Spirit of Milano, 1oz Sobrii-0 Gin and 3/4oz of Roots Divino Rosso.  Stir with one large ice cube and garnish with orange.
