Lautus Savvy Sauvignon Blanc | De-alcoholised Wine

750mL - <0.5% ABV - Vegan - South Africa - low sugar

Made exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from Stellenbosch and from the coastal region of South Africa.  A percentage of the grapes are picked earlier to retain acidity whilst the balance is picked at optimal ripeness. 

Expect soft aromas white flowers and almonds, pear and bright citrus and honey. The structure is enhanced by the strong minerality and acidity from the volcanic soil.  It is dry but not sharp, refreshing but not sweet. 

Pairs beautifully with steamed mussels, white wine and garlic sauces.
