Ingredients

• 30 ml (1 oz) Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla 0.0% or a citrus forward gin

• 45 ml (1.5 oz) fresh orange juice

• 45 ml (1.5 oz) non-alcoholic sparkling wine

• 15 ml (0.5 oz) soda water (to taste)

• Ice

• Orange slice, for garnish

Method

1. Fill a wine glass or large Copa with plenty of ice.

2. Pour in the non-alcoholic Flor de Sevilla spirit.

3. Add fresh orange juice and non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

4. Top with a splash of soda water to keep it light.

5. Stir gently to combine.

6. Garnish with a fresh slice of orange.
