This special sparkling rosé is absolutely impressive.

Easy on the eyes; a unique stunning pale coral pink colour.  On the nose, it reveals scents of small red berries, honey and apple. Showcases a crisp palate with citrus character mixed with cranberries and raspberries. Good texture from the bubbles, and pleasant acidity that brings freshness and a firm finish. 

Pairs well with almost ANYTHING!!  From quiche to fruit tarts, citrusy salads to spicy fare, this sparkling rosé will better your brunch, offer a refreshing aperitif and will 100% impress your guests from breakfast to dessert. Very Nice Italian Wine

I enjoyed the flavour of this one. The Rose is similar to their Spumante and equally as good. It tastes and IS a fine Prosecco. Lots of bubbles to tickle your nose. Yet another fine NA wine from Colibri of Italy. I love their red, and both spumante's. Exceptional product. Definitely my go to for NA wines at Dry Variety.
