A Classic, Lightened and Reimagined

Few drinks feel as instantly transportive as a limoncello spritz.

Rooted in southern Italy — particularly along the Amalfi Coast — limoncello has long been served chilled as a digestif, made from intensely aromatic lemon peels and enjoyed slowly after a meal. Over time, it found its way into spritz culture, where its vibrant citrus character meets bubbles and lightness.

This alcohol-free version captures that same spirit, built around Pallini Limonzero, a non-alcoholic limoncello crafted with Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi Coast.

Paired with crisp sparkling wine and a splash of soda, it’s refreshing, elegant, and effortlessly drinkable — the kind of serve that feels just as right at a summer table as it does during a quiet golden hour.

Why We Love It

This is one of those drinks that feels like a shift in mood.

Pallini Limonzero brings a clean, natural citrus profile — bright but not sharp, with just enough softness to round it out. The sparkling wine adds structure and lift, while soda keeps everything light and refreshing.

It’s simple, but it doesn’t feel simple.

This is what we reach for when:
– Hosting outdoors
– Setting the tone before dinner
– Or just wanting something crisp, refreshing, and quietly elevated

It’s a reminder that the best drinks don’t need to be complicated — just well balanced.
