Comprised of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petite Syrah varietals.  Aged in both French and American oak to impart additional complexity and texture.  Alcohol is removed by spinning cone technology to preserve flavours of  bold dark cherries with subtle notes of smoke, spice and oak.
