You will thoroughly enjoy sipping this sumptuous Chardonnay.  It boasts a beautiful light pale straw colour and showcases pure aromas of summer fruit and citrus. Kumquat and orange tasting notes at first sip followed by spicy undertones from light oaking. Fine tannin establishes the fresh acidity.

When formulated, careful winemaking practices were followed to retain aromatics and provide a pleasant nose.  Grapes are crushed lightly, pressed and allowed to settle overnight. Fermentation was done with a selected yeast strain at 14 - 16°C. Left on leese for 2 months prior to racking to the second phase of production and the removal of alcohol.
