Nestled in the heart of the Muscadet appellation, this organic, vegan wine is produced from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes, aged on lees for 6 months, and made traditionally in stainless steel tanks.  Expertly dealcoholized by vacuum distillation to preserve its natural aromas.

Expect vibrant notes of citrus and honeydew melon, complemented by high minerality and a refreshing hint of salinity. With just 1.4g of sugar per 100ml, it’s a perfect low-sugar alternative to your favorite glass of Pinot Grigio.
