Experience the first-ever dealcoholized Melon de Bourgogne, crafted with tradition by the 8th generation winemakers at Domaine de la Grenaudière. Nestled in the heart of the Muscadet appellation, this organic, vegan wine is produced from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes, aged on lees for 6 months, and made traditionally in stainless steel tanks.  Expertly dealcoholized by vacuum distillation to preserve its natural aromas.

Expect vibrant notes of citrus and honeydew melon, complemented by high minerality and a refreshing hint of salinity. With just 1.4g of sugar per 100ml, it’s a perfect low-sugar alternative to your favorite glass of Pinot Grigio.

Pair Phénomène with seafood, soft cheeses, and pomme frites for a delightful culinary experience.

My latest new favourite white!

As you will see from previous reviews, I’m a fan of sharing what I’m loving. This is a very smooth wine. Perfect for enjoying in front of the fire and watching the snow falling. Good alone or with cheese and fruit. I’ll also be enjoying this one with my turkey on Christmas Day.
