Truth time. I’ve never been a gin drinker. Until I discovered non-alcoholic gin. It’s pretty delicious. And, some brands have that warming sensation when you drink it from the heat of chili seeds.
For this cocktail, my favourite glass to use is the Copa. It’s a huge balloon style glass and it enhances the experience and holds a ton of ice. And, the tonic you choose really makes a difference. I suggest Fever Tree Lite Indian Tonic but you can mix it up with elderflower tonic, or cucumber tonic for a different taste profile.
Fun fact: Gin was one of the first spirits to be developed without alcohol.
- Fill large Copa glass with ice
- 2 ounces ginISH or Free Spirits - The Spirit of Gin.
- Top with tonic.
- Garnish with lemon or lime wedge.
