This drink is the ultimate summer cocktail and it’s even better with local Ontario strawberries. There is also a spritz-like taste to this drink because of the aperitif. And we all know a spritz tastes like sunshine.
While the recipe calls for rosé I suggest using sparkling rosé such as Oddbird Sparkling Rosé because summer calls for bubbles.
- 2 strawberries.
- 2 ounces of Wilfred’s British Aperitif
- ¾ ounce of lemon juice.
- Splash or sparkling rosé.
